Born in Guadalajara
Did you know Vainilla Molina is tapatía? It originated in 1944—yes, we’ll be 80 in 2024!—in a small business managed by our grandfather Jose Molina and the rest of the family.
We don’t have proof, but we’re pretty sure one of our first desserts was a jericalla (a cross between flan and crème brûlée).
80 years of choosing the best vanilla beans
Little by little, our essence captivated taste buds all over the country, first along the Pacific, and then into the North. And after some time, we made it to U.S. and Canadian kitchens!
Something that’s always set us apart is our selection of Mexican vanilla beans, which we use to make all our extracts and flavorings.
